Dennis L. Daniels, 85, of Clendenin, passed away Thurs. Aug. 27, 2015, in Charleston.
He worked for the City of Charleston until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Davey Crocket Daniels and Orpha Shafer. Also his wife, Laura Jean Daniels; brothers, Charles, Mavin and Lloyd; and sister, Mary Sabo.
He is survived by sons, Larry, David, William and Damon Daniels; daughters, Donna Cogar and Vesta Reid; brothers, William and Floyd Daniels; l7 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tues. Sept. 1, at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Mirr officiating. Burial will be in the Daniels Cemetery in Charleston. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, make donations may be made to the Hafer Funeral Home to offset the funeral expenses.
