Scott Monroe Beane, Jr., 47, of Hurricane, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on July 13, 2015 at his home, following a short illness.

He was born May 23, 1968 in Charleston, the son of Scott Monroe and Darling Deane "Dee" McNealy Beane. Scott worked for the Kanawha County School Board for nearly 25 years, where he started as a bus driver (where he won the Bus Driver Rodeo) and worked his way up to maintenance supervisor.
