Betty Lee Burns, of Dunbar, died Thurs. July 9, 2015. Service will be 2 p.m. Tues. July 14, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Tornado. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Mon. at Bartlett-Chapan Funeral Home, St. Albans. Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans, is honored to serve the Burns family.
