Years ago I moved out of state but came back because I missed home. Now I have to admit I am ashamed of West Virginia. This sham called West Virginia Religious Freed Restoration Act. Just a way to legalize discrimination. This is 2016!! And we are trying to legalize discrimination?
The union leaders are the ones that are upset about right-to-work because that could affect their six and seven digit office jobs that they keep because the people that work support them. Stop supporting them and don't pay union dues.

State early retirees have gotten two small raises in 27 years. The public employees retirement system recently made 17.9 percent in one year on our investment. The present state budget crunch should have no effect on early retirees getting a much-needed raise. I hope the legislators will wake up and finally take care of this or find someone who will make it a priority.
It is time now for women to be required to sign up for the draft. By signing up for selective service, women who are now eligible for combat roles in the military would become finally full-blooded citizens of this republic.
The WV DOH does a great job but they need more truck sweepers to clean the sides of the roads in our capital city to make it more beautiful, especially on MacCorkle Avenue. Thank you, DOH.
