Cecil M. Hinkle Jr., 80, of Union, died Sat. Dec. 12, 2015. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tues. Dec. 15, at the Groves Funeral Home Chapel in Union. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Mon. Dec. 14, at the funeral home. Groves Funeral Home in Union is serving the Hinkle family.
