Willis Dale Baldwin, Sr., 91, of Peterstown, died Sept. 1, 2015. Service will be noon Friday, Sept. 4, at Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at the funeral home.
