Mrs. Louella Bell Barker, 83, of Big Creek, died Sept. 1, 2015. Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Chapmanville. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at the funeral home.
