Joyce Ann Moles Bevel, 74, of Elkview, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 12, 2015 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, after a short illness.
She was a Christian and a member of Christ Baptist Church. Joyce was also a member of VFW Post 8516 Ladies Auxiliary.
Joyce was preceded in death by parents, William E. Moles Jr. and Opal Marie Strickland Moles Rose. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Kay Moles Elswick, and grandson, Nathan Isaac Bevel.
She is survived by husband, Charles Ray Bevel Sr.; son, "C.R." Charles R. Bevel Jr. (Brenda) of Clendenin; daughter, Ann Marie Bevel Boyce Meadows (Eddie) of Clendenin; brother, Dale Moles of Clendenin; grandchildren, Amy Lauren Miser, Holly Ann Bevel, Emily Danielle Boyce, Leslie Michelle Boyce, Amanda Jo Meadows and Janett Maree Meadows; and great-grandchild, Bailey Grace Miser.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Matics Funeral Home Inc., Clendenin, with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Burial will be in Reamer Hill Cemetery, Clendenin.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, at Matics Funeral Home, Clendenin.
