Otis James Clark, 72, died July 29, 2015. Service will be noon Sun. Aug. 2, at the Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sat. Aug. 1, at the funeral home. All arrangements were made by Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood.
