n Kent Carper was talking about the water increase. What about the electric increase? AEP pays an awful lot of bonuses to their people and a heck of a lot of money to them anyway. n Because of the incompetence of W.Va. American Water Company, they have had to set up temporary water stations around the county. Does anyone inspect those water stations? From what I've seen on television some of the spigots are covered in rust and grime. It doesn't look like that is sanitary.
