Homer Ray Grounds, 56, of Webster Springs died Wednesday February 17, 2016. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday February 20, 2016, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Service to celebrate Homer's life will be held at 1 p.m. Dodd & Reed Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Grounds family.
