Patricia Looney Conrad, 82, died peacefully on Dec. 31, 2015, at Oakbridge Healthcare Center, Lakeland, Fla.
Patricia was born September 10, 1933, to Quentin A. and Lessie Daugherty Looney of Walton, W.Va. She was a retired secretary from Union Carbide in South Charleston, W.Va. and DuPont in Parkersburg, W.Va. She was also a wonderful cook, accomplished pianist and talented seamstress. A Walton High School graduate of the class of 1951, she also graduated from Charleston Business College. She served as a Jehovah's Witness for over 50 years and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Spencer, W.Va. and Lakeland, Fla.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Freddie Conrad; two daughters, Anne Conrad McCulloch (Denise Clark) and Susan Clayton Black (Alan); 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sat. Jan. 23, 2016, at Camp Sheppard, Gandeeville, W.Va. with a reception to follow. Final resting place will be the Looney Cemetery, Walton, W.Va.
