Elizabeth Ann Blye, 73, of St. Albans, went home to be with the Lord on Friday January 15, 2016, at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston.
Ann was born December 24, 1942, at Westernport, Md., to the late Edward and Lorna Warnick. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, James Blye.
Ann was a Registered Occupational Health and Saftey Nurse for Clearon Tableting and Packaging in South Charleston for over 15 years. She was a Methodist by faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Sherrie Baldwin and husband, Luke of Alpharetta, Ga.; sister, Teri Ours of Piedmont; brother, Edward Warnick (Frances) of Piedmont; and granddaughter, Samantha Baldwin.
Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday January 18, 2016, at Bartlett-Chapman funeral Home, St. Albans.
Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
