I don't know why the Democrats are so concerned with Fox. They have had NBC, CBS, CNN, ABC, and CNBC spouting liberal views forever. Republicans never have had any news outlets that have had any conservative views.
Go away Senator Daniel Hall, you have always been a lobbyist for your own interest. It is apparent you do not know the correct way to resign. So just please go on your way and take some of your buddies with you.
I'm glad that Goodwin is running for governor. It at least gives us someone to vote for.
I think you people need to leave Hurricane High School alone. There is nothing wrong with the Redskins' name and there is nothing wrong with flying the Confederate flag.
Amusing, and not at all surprising, that the left page's enunciation of the Bill of Rights left out the Second Amendment.
People are still commenting how right-to-work kills economies while a quick look at right-to-work states shows just the opposite.
It's hard to support raising minimum wage for unskilled work when we have so many workers without jobs. Seems to me Democrats are worried more about votes than what our state really needs.
Laurie Lin is taking a break to have a baby. She announced it in her last column, saying she'd be back in a few months. Lose the outrage, people.
Jim Lees is right on target with his essay in the Sunday Gazette-Mail. It is time for the residents and leaders of West Virginia to "stop worshipping coal" and make plans for an economy that is realistic and can be sustained in the years ahead.
Ho, ho, ho. The Gazette editorializes that Fox News is biased politically. Oh, the irony!
It has now been one year since the Republicans took total control of our state. I really thought West Virginia would be booming by now. Instead, the only thing I have heard about is carrying guns.
Daily Mail editorial argues, wrongly and falsely, that union members are forced to pay dues that are used for political causes. In Communication Workers v Beck in 1988 the Supreme Court ruled that union members are allowed to opt out of any part of dues going to political causes. Every year, my union sent us a form allowing the member to opt out.
We pay a lot for cable TV and all we get is a bunch of commercials. Commercials don't do anything for me because I won't buy anything that's advertised.
The Democratic Party needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Hillary Clinton is not a likable person. She has done so many things wrong in this country and that shows what a horrible president she would make.
People, get a grip over the rebel flag. It's in the history book just like Malcom X and Martin Luther King Jr. It is a part of history and there's nothing you can do about it.
It seems like everyone is calling themselves an artist. What happened to someone having true talent and hard work and accomplishment? Sometimes work they call art is just something from arts and crafts. It's OK but don't call yourself an artist.
WVU in the Cactus Bowl? Yay. On TV? Yay. 10:30 p.m.? BOO.
Oh, Daniel Hall! What can we say? How can we miss you when you won't go away?
