Thelma B. Giboney, 90, of South Charleston, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2015 at Clay Health Care Center after a long illness. She was born in Rainelle on May 13, 1925 to the late Mark and Lula Crookshanks. Thelma enjoyed crafts, singing, going to church and especially cooking for her friends and family.
She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Chester Flenner and John Ford Giboney, and eight brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her son, Paul (Brenda) Flenner; granddaughter, Joy Moessner of Mansfield, Texas; and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
The family would like to send a thank you to the employees of Clay Health Care Center and HospiceCare nurses for the wonderful care and fellowship that was given to Thelma and her family during her illness.
