Mr. Christopher Allen Dunbar, 44, of South Charleston, passed away Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.
Chris worked for many builders/contractors and was self-employed. He was meticulous about his work. He had a big heart and loved helping his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tara Dunbar, and grandfather, Charles James Tilson.
Chris is survived by his parents, Sharon Dunbar of South Charleston and James Dunbar of Nitro; children, Hayley and Meghan Dunbar, both of Nitro; and brother, Scott and wife, Kelley Dunbar, of Huntersville, N.C.
A tribute to the life of Christopher Dunbar will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Parsons officiating. He will be buried at Teays Hill Cemetery, St. Albans.
Friends may visit one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
